Multilingual Medical Information
Professional Information handles enquiries from the whole of Europe using Medical Information professionals speaking in their native tongue.
- Unlike the alternative model (where enquiries may be handled by personnel speaking in a second language), the Professional Information model minimises the risk of mis-communications and/or a negative customer interaction.
- Enquiries are handled in all the major languages of Europe (English, French, German, Italian and Spanish), thereby covering the languages spoken by 80% of the EU population. Many of the less commonly spoken languages are also supported.
- Professional Information's pan-European Medical Information service spans the full range of enquiry handling services including first-line cover (enquiries handled from the product labelling and/or existing standard responses only), or full cover (searches also conducted if necessary to respond fully to the question). Out of hours cover is also available as required.
